Room Occupancy
The Blooming Inn Shelburne Falls is primarily adults only accommodation and we do not accommodate children or babies. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss possible
exceptions for older children. Each room has a maximum occupancy of two people and any child accommodated may only share a room with one adult.

Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Smoking
The Blooming Inn Shelburne Falls is 100% no smoking. Smoking is forbidden anywhere in the building, bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor communal guest areas. If guests wish to smoke
outside please be considerate to others and use the ashtray provided. If you smoke anywhere indoors you may be asked to leave immediately and without refund. The Blooming Inn
Shelburne Falls reserves the right to levy an additional cleaning fee of £100.

Price and payment
A validated debit/credit card is required for all bookings.
For direct bookings made via our website, payment is due by credit/debit card 35% at time of reservation and 65% on day of arrival. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the amount due
prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
If you need to alter or cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
The Free Cancellation period ends 4 days before your arrival date.
If you need to cancel your stay after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged
50% of the cost of your stay.
We recommend you check your travel insurance covers you for cancellations due to emergency situations.

Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this
was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival
Other than by prior confirmation with your hosts, check-in is any time after 3p.m. on your day of arrival. You will receive automated self check in details based on the last 4 digits of your
phone number the day before arrival.

Departure
Check-out is by 11am on your day of departure. We reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee.

Damages and breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue, we
would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. You are liable for the cost of any damage or breakages you cause.

Liability
The Blooming Inn Shelburne Falls does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you and any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Data
Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. Information will not be shared with third parties.
